Joseph Dommer, Vice President
With a degree in Construction Management Technology and nearly 30 years of experience, Joe’s background spans many sectors including public, university, K-12, healthcare and complex industrial projects where he has served as the Partner-In-Charge or Chief Cost Estimator.
Starting at Baer & Associates in 1991, Joe rose through the ranks from his start as a Summer Intern to become a Quantity Estimator, Project Manager, Vice President and, eventually, President. Today, he is Executive Vice President at Trophy Point Construction Services & Consulting, one of the partners in the Sevan Point joint venture along with Sevan Multi-Site Solutions.
Joe's rich background underpins the firm’s presence as an expert full-service Construction Management consultancy.
Joe is an affiliate member of the Buffalo-Western New York chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and a core program graduate of the University at Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership.
