Rich Chudzik, President
As the son of a Buffalo, NY ironworker, Rich gained an early appreciation for the process that brings blueprints to life. Later, as a young adult, Rich was granted admission to the US Military Academy at West Point. He served with the famed 82nd Airborne Division in Iraq and Afghanistan before pursuing Master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Engineering from Duke and Cornell, respectively.
Rich has acquired more than 20 years of experience in numerous functional roles across a spectrum of project sizes and types. He gained invaluable expertise in construction cost estimating working at New York’s most reputable Cost Consulting firm, Baer & Associates. Rich then went on to found Trophy Point Construction Services & Consulting, combining his passion for supporting our veterans with his construction community heritage. The two firms merged in 2018.
Earlier in his post-military career, Rich supported Warfighters as a member of the Aerospace and Defense Industry. He has held roles at varying levels in Supply Chain, Business Development, Operations, and General Management with Moog and General Dynamics Land Systems. Through his academic training and work experience, Rich has gained extensive experience in Strategy Development and Business Development.
Today, Rich continues to lead Trophy Point in addition to serving as President of the Sevan Point joint venture in partnership with Sevan Multi-Site Solutions.
